How do I make my Smartsheet columns update when I update the Form
I'm brand new to Smartsheet Forms and I'm on deadline.
I accidentally created a Form tied to the wrong Sheet. After realizing my mistake, I duplicated the original sheet and fixed the new column headers (which had populated when I created the Form, of course!) and went back to the original incorrect Sheet ... I THINK it's still tied to the Form, but when I tried to update the column headers, it didn't seem to be connected anymore.
I've got to send this out to 29,000 people this afternoon, and the Form needs to be tied to the Sheet so that it will populate with responses accordingly.
I'm lost! Can you help?.

@Traci Quinn When you copied the sheet did you check marked the data/formatting options, see screen shot? If you did so then your new sheet should have duplicated the form and any new entry will be recorded in that new sheet. I suggest you to deactivate the form that was created in the wrong sheet. Hope this helps you out!
