When I change the date in my Current Implementation column, I can no longer assign a Background Color. These colors are important to our tracking. Can anyone help?

Unable to highlight an entire row
I am unable to highlight a entire row. It appears the box that was lasted edited will not highlight. Also, if I edit a highlighted row the box will turn white. I attempted to use the paint brush to get around this issue and it works sometimes. Kindly let me know if you have any tips pr tricks
