Populated Report for me but blank for Recipient

Column Visibility Restriction or Accessibility
My sheet got 10 columns and is shared to 8 people. 8 of the columns are name of the person I shared the sheet with. Is it possible that person 1 can only view and edit the column assigned to his name? If it is can you teach me how? Thanks!

Edit content in Sights.
I just started using sights. I see that it is not possible to edit individual cell directly from sights, or am I mistaken? Is there a way to do this? It would be very helpfull if I could. I would also love to be able to edit the comments field directly from sights as well. Is this possible?
