Switching from licensed user to regular collaborator
We have a licensed user who no longer needs this level of access, so I want to switch her to the regular collaborator. If I do this will this effect any of her sheets that she created until the license user level? Or will she retain all of these and then just be limited as she moves forward? Thanks

Moving rows from one sheet to another
We use Smartsheet for our production schedule. The schedule consists of 9 sheets that are all in a workgroup. Is it possible to setup a rule that would allow a row from one sheet to be moved to another sheet using the checkbox feature? Thanks, Jim

Edit Lanes in Card View
Is there a way to change the field Card View uses as its lanes? When I try to Edit the lanes, all it does it changes the name of the field in the Sheet view. For example, Card View has selected the Confirmed field (a Yes/No field) as the lanes, but I want it to use the Status column as the lanes. Any way to make that…

I have shared many sheets with non-licensed users. They do not have a problem accessing them with the initial email but do not know how to find them later. Are they able to access them if they type the Smartsheet URL into their web search?

Hi, I want to create a RYG status if a date is late. If it is one workday late it is "Yellow", if it is 2 days late it is "Red" and all other are "Green". The End Date is the due date.
