Sorting options for comments/converations
It seems that comments/conversations on the sheet are sorted by those added oldest to those added newest. I would like instead to sort by row number (increasing). If this is currently available, can you please let me know how to do this? Thank you, Kim Heuvelhorst

Counting "Comments" in a Conversation?
I would like to count the number of "comments" in a conversation because I want to use that to track the progress of an issue/project. The # of comments would equal the # of times that issue/topic was engaged to easily identify topics that may need escalation. Is there any way to do that?

Adding comments to locked rows
We have a use-case where once a row is locked, there may need some additional context from the users involved surrounding the record. However, these users are not permissioned as Admins or Owners. Ability to paste a screenshot directly into Conversations > Comments or Attachments

Editability on Comment Prompt
The ability to edit the Highlighted yellow portion to prompt users differently. From the admin side, of course. If needed, this will allow the user to be prompted for specific details in the comments.
