It would be fantastic if we could move comments from one sheet another, but ESPECIALLY helpful would be the ability to use Data Mesh to move/merge attachments.
Currently, reports generated using Sheet Summaries return an error message when attempting to use them in a data mesh configuration.
hello i d like to consolidate in a sheet data coming from 2 different sheets Target sheet contains columns with Formula, and i d like to add automaticcally rows to that target sheet by using Datamesh. Columns are in same format it seems that datamesh can't create rows if one of the column has a formula. can you confirm ?…
I'm trying to use datamesh where I want it to always add a new line to the target sheet, even if the Lookup Value is a duplicate. When I add a new line to the source sheet, if the lookup value is unique, it will successfully copy over to the target, but if it is a duplicate, it doesn't do anything. How could I achieve this?
I have a client ask for a report. There are 150+ stores involved in the report. MOST of the information I need for the report can be found in each of the MetaData sheets. The challenge however, is that the MetaData sheets are buried two folders deep in the Workspace. How do I either create a report or a DataMesh that will…
Looking to save some time by replacing old information within a Source Sheet with information housed within another Smartsheet. Can I relabel the original source sheet to an obsolete name and save the new Smartsheet with the source sheet's name and keep all the connections working with DataMesh?
As far as I can see, there is no way to pause / put on hold a DataMesh once it is created or even during the development process. It seems that you'd have to create the DataMesh to prove the concept; then, if not wanting it to function right away, you'd have to delete it only to re-create it when you are ready to implement…
I know there is a way to "Overwrite Existing Data in Target Sheet(s)" but is there a way for the updates to flow in the opposite direction? I want to send a "request an update" from my Target Sheet. I am sending this from my Target sheet and not my Source sheet because I want additional columns not on the Source Sheet. I…
I have a lot of use cases where it would be so helpful if I could provision DataMesh workflows when projects are provisioned through control center. There is no way to copy a data mesh workflow, so if I need one created for a project, I have to recreate the entire workflow, every time.
