Hello, How can I map the dropdown selections into the template builder? It doesn't show me that as an option. e.g., PHI has Yes and No in SS form but it doesn't show that in the doc builder, so I won't be able to map that into the PDF template. Any idea on how to overcome that?

Some users' form submissions don't add data
Form is submitted successfully, but new row does not show up. form submission works 100% of the time for some users. Other users it works 0% of the time, including the sheet owner. Any ideas?

Forms - can someone completing a Form save this as WIP, and come back later to complete?
