Changing File Directory for downloaded attachments

Hi all,

For context, I use a Form to manage incoming service requests and generate PDF Work Order attachments.

I would like to change the file directory for downloaded attachments to a shared folder rather than 'Downloads' so my supplier has visibility of the work orders when they are assigned.

I can't seem to find an option to alter the file directory within the form I am using.

Any tips?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Are you on a Mac or PC? There are solutions that can move the attachments automatically locally.

Is that an option?

Thanks Andree,

I am using Windows PC if that makes a difference. I will submit a Product Feedback and perhaps look at a Power Automate solution as a workaround for now!

I use Hazel on Mac, and the one I think is best on PC is File Juggler.
