Highlighting Individual Cells Based On Date
I am trying to figure out how to highlight a cell based on how the status of the "actual" column is in accordance with the "Baseline" column. Is there a formula or conditional formatting rule to implement that will automatically change the color of the cell to green or red to illustrate that it is ahead or behind schedule?

Drag and drop from Google Photos
Is there a way (or an add in) to drag or attach photos directly from Google photos to the attachment window in a sheet? I know I can upload from a Google drive but that requires me to save my photos to my drive. The other option is to save them to my computer. It's cumbersome to do that.

Date column formatting
Hi! In regional settings, I can change the default date format for a particular region. I'm not able to find anywhere to change the default manually other than creating another column with a formula.
