Portfolio Reports - who can edit?
I have a report that uses the Portfolio as a source and is pointed to the project plan in the Control Center Blueprint. I would like PMs who view the report to only see the project plans they have been given editor permission on, but they are seeing a blank report. What am I missing?

Remove "Z" at the end of the date/time stamps in Seat Type Report date columns
