I have a smart sheet that has about 2400 rows with multiple sections this has been going since 2014 however it is running very slow. How can I fix this or can it be fixed?
Word on the street (in this community) is that lots of conditional formatting can have a severely negative impact on sheet performance. By any chance do you have a lot of conditional formatting?

I'm not able to view any of my custom sheet templates that I have created and saved in a Workspace when I navigate using the new Browse feature. If I toggle back to the classic Browse they are there. Anyone know how to find saved templates in the new Browse?
I have a form I'm trying to export as a PDF via the document generator function. No matter how I tweak the settings in Smartsheet and/or in the mapping PDF, I can't get the text to wrap. It always stays in a single line and cuts off. Is there a way to make the text wrap? Attached is an example of how every export pulls.
