At my company we have a few hundred users. They are all divided up into departmental groups also. Is there an easy way to share a sheet or workspace with all users at once. All I see in the list are all the departmental groups and the individual users. Nothing like an "Everyone" selection or something similar to that.
Thanks,
Kirk
Hi Kirk,
The easiest way would be to have contact groups for the company set up, and I would recommend creating a Workspace that everyone can access because then you would only need to add the sheet and other objects to that Workspace and it will be automatically shared and accessible to everyone.

Have a fantastic weekend!
