I appreciate the recommendation to create a PDF of a dashboard and to schedule emails. Could the PDF also capture the hyperlinks provided on the dashboard? I include training and form links in dashboards as well, and those links would be valuable as part of the PDF.

This has been raised as a risk in our organisation. Due to the power of the Smartsheet platform it does save a lot of time, however the lack of ability to restore sheets and other Smartsheet artefacts without many hours of work can easily undo any productivity gains. Please implement this ASAP - thanks, as we would like to keep using Smartsheet.

One thing that scared me was knowing my worth at work and leaving when it was no longer recognized. But in the spring of 2019, when I was working in a contentious situation, it was great to find enough worth in myself to leave and now I am working in a fantastic place that shows me they understand my worth, and I love what I am doing. I get to make a difference in other people's lives every single day.

I was always terribly afraid of spiders but I LOVE to go fishing. And not just any fishing- I have to go hiking in the woods and walk thru bushes to get to the best spots in the river. That means I will come across a spider eventually. And freak out, and scream, and run around like a chicken with its head cut off.
One day I went into my garage for something and when I turned to go back in the house a huge spider was blocking me from getting inside. It took about a hour but I finally mustered up the strength to throw a box at it that thing JUMPED ON ME!!!!
I had to crush it with my bare hand. After my hysteria of realizing what I had just done, I went and washed my hands but then just like that- I was no longer afraid of spiders.

There are several threads on the need for a time tracking feature in Smartsheet. Most of the threads end with helpful, but complex workarounds from some of the Smartsheet Power Users.
While the formulas do help accomplish the mission, I fell like they have allowed Smartsheet to overlook this issue for far too long.
With Smartsheet's project management offerings, you would think native handling of dates and time would be a core feature. Most of the project management could probably get away with calculating to the number of days.
The business I work for has managed to build several complex workflows. In some instances, we need to calculate down to the minute to make sure we are meeting contract requirements. Again, this can be done today, but it is VERY clumsy.
PLEASE build in native date/time handling so we can stop using formulas with multiple nested statements.

This has been something Excel can do with its eyes closed, and people have been asking for SmartSheet to do FOR YEARS.
I'm not going to bother putting in an enhancement request. Thousands, including me at least once, have already done so, to no avail.
Now I'm being told you can get this feature, but only by paying a 5 figure fee for a premium add-on? Wow......

Add option of using User initials in Last Comment column to save space
Enable option of using user initials, e.g. first letter of first/last name fields within comment references, to save space

DataMesh - Make it NOT Case Sensitive
I'm having issues with DataMesh - specifically matching emails - because case matters.....
I could really use a setting that allows me to specify whether I want case to matter (or just make it not case sensitive) when matching values from the source to the target.

Make Smartsheet Hyperlinks Work in WorkApps
If you have a hyperlink to a Smartsheet item, it does not open from WorkApps. This is super frustration and doesn't make sense. Please improve this functionality for WorkApps.
