Re: Look for a formula within a cell
Hi @DJB there's currently not a great way to reference the formulas -- I actually use the API and Python code to do something similar. Question, however -- can you use column formulas instead of the individual drag/copy method? Here's some info on column formulas (they make life a lot easier, but may take a little bit to figure out):

Re: Automated Reminder - Can we hide the sheet weblink
If you create the reminder using the automation work flows, there is a section to customize the message.
At the end of this is the Message Includes option.
If you select the “message only” option, the link to the sheet won’t be included.

Dashboard View of Report with Gantt - Not opening to "Current Date"
I have noticed that when I post a report to a dashboard in gantt view, the report will display historical dates, even though I have selected open to today's date. The function works properly if I open the report, but the display on the dashboard does not. Any ideas?
Re: Sheet formulas are not auto-updating until the sheet is opened
For anyone having a similar problem, I have been using this method (automation to record date daily on hidden helper column) for years to keep TODAY() references up to date, and it works well.

When I was a kid, I wanted to be everything from a superhero, fireman, police officer, doctor, etc. When I look back, the main theme I see is someone who helps people.
As for what I do, in a round about way, I'm doing that. I'm a Project Manager that helps my company implement projects that, ideally, make our customer's lives easier in the healthcare systems.
So limited success. =)

During my childhood, I wanted to be an archeologist, go to Olduvai Gorge to dig. My mother would send me outside to dig up dandelions. :) In high school, I found out about Malaria and decided against my archeology quest. I took some Anthro classes in college and went on to a career in Software.

When I was a kid I wanted to sing and dance on Broadway! I majored in music in college, and worked as a studio musician and had a full ride music scholarship. I've sung in bands -- performed in 5 countries in South America, Mexico, Canada, and the US. But.... decided to get a "real job" for financial's sake! I love musical theater and try to see every show that comes to my town. My motto: "Life's a musical, sing it out!"

Re: Index/Match, Distinct/Collect formula question
If you have the users enter the PID into a sheet summary field, you can reference the sheet summary field in the formula and it will still be a valid column formula.
