What types of sheets are you looking at?
For example, if it's a project schedule, you could say something like:
"Summarize the information on this row.
Make sure to note:
- If the Task is on track to be completed by [Due Date].
- If the Task is flagged as a [Milestone].
- Highlights from any conversation on this row, across all comments. Don't include comments verbatim."
The key is to be explicit with your objective and criteria you want the AI to keep in mind. From there, iterate until you're happy with the output.

Allow Control Center Automation for Select or Create a Workspace
I would like a way to use Control Center automation on blueprints where I want to "Select or Create a Workspace". Currently, turning on Control Center automation is not possible if I want to select or create a workspace for my projects in said blueprint.

You would probably need a helper column to pull in the inventory value, but this column could be hidden. Then use conditional formatting for the highlights.
For the second question, that is a probably. Without more information, it is hard to say exactly. My usual way of cheating the system is instead of using the linking, I start out by typing in the formula =Index( Then I use the reference another sheet and select that cell. Back in that formula, I then remove the Index( leaving just the = and the reference. This can then be made into a column formula.
Is there a way to create a template from a full workspace?
I am working on creating a workspace for onboarding new employees. Essentially it is an interactive checklist that will remind people of upcoming tasks etc… I have my main sheet, and then I have other sheets that I use for referencing different data and pull it to the main sheet. I would like to make this whole workspace a template so that every time a new employee starts, managers can grab the template, fill in a few names and everything else populates.
I tried to "Save as New" and this didn't really work as sometimes it seemed that data would update in the "New" workspace, but then other times my data would be sent back, or pulled from, or combined with data from my original sheet.
I tried to "Save as Template" but that simply saves my main sheet and not the rest of the workspace.

Table's search functionality is something we have all long desired - kudos. One question: Is there a plan on the roadmap to bring table views to reports as well?
Enhancement Request – Adding recurring backup events to event reporting
We would like to request an enhancement to the event reporting functionality that enables visibility into the execution status of recurring backups—specifically, whether they are running as scheduled over time.
Currently, Smartsheet’s event reporting allows us to see when recurring backups are initially scheduled. However, it does not provide visibility into whether those backups are actually running on a weekly basis as intended. This gap makes it difficult to verify if users are following our recommended backup practices.
Resource Management - Date Range end of Contract
The time frame should include a pre-existing option for "through end of project" (specifically for utilization)

@Joe Goetschel Wow, 900 projects, that's a lot! By using the API, you can create a structure where the documents are created in a database and then returned to the specific project, all within Smartsheet API. :)

KempenUSA, I'm in the same boat with not being able to save/re-use the document mapping. My mapping takes over an hour, so I can't even engage with this right now. I keep up-voting the enhancement request!
By the way, you explained your situation so clearly. I could picture every action. I started reading it and then I had to look at the author again to see if it was me! : )
