Webform: Is there way for a user to save and return to form later to complete?

I work on some pretty complex projects and the templates we use have hundreds of tasks that are linked together using the predecessor column. Each project is slightly different and we usually need to delete certain tasks to refine the template into a new project plan. It can be a pretty big pain to delete some of the tasksβ¦

However, now that sheet matches the sharing permissions of the entire workspace, and when I try to change them, I get a message "this will change the user's permissions to the entire workspace." Cells deleting contents
When i click into a cell the contents deletes. The cells have been prepopulated by an admin user and when i want to view a cell in the line or to mark task as completed the data within the cell is removed. (This is only when i click once)
