Gantt Chart - Shading after Finish Date to include actual deadline
I'm wondering if I can also use the Gantt chart to identify when we were timely on actions. For example, now it will show a bar correlating with the Start and Finish times. I'm using these as planned start and due dates. If the deliverable was sent after the Finish time, is it possible to have the Gantt chart linked to aโฆ
Send notifications to multiple users for single task
Currently with a task column and then with an 'Assigned To' column with the contact list type, you can only insert one contact for each task. I have several tasks where there are multiple people assigned to that single task. I would like to send out notifications to each user assigned to that task. What is the best way toโฆ
% Complete not totalling correctly
I have a roll up task with several children (All are indented under the parent). All but one of the children are at 0% and one is at 100%. The Parent is showing 100% yet I have several tasks that either have not started or are at 0%. Not sure what I am doing wrong and did not see anything like this in the forum. Thanks Don
Updates to SmartSheet - do other editors/viewers get notified?
When a smartsheet is updated or changed, do other editors/viewers get notified of changes? Or, do they simply see them when they login?
Changing attachment line
Is it possible to change the line an attachment is on, without deleting from the old line and manually adding to the desired line?
Alert based on Harvy ball or "last changed date" system column?
I have a harvy ball that shows the progress to completion on a task. Is there a way to send a conditional alert to someone on the task line when the harvy ball gets to a 1/4 or 1/2 full? or even when it changes value (other than any change) Also is there a way to get a tickle when a sheet is not complete and has not beenโฆ
Default to "Search Current Sheet" in the search feature
The Search feature is such as awesome tool, however, the default is all sheets. I typically want to only search the current sheet. Is there a way for the default to be the current sheet and then I can select other sheets if needed? Thanks in advance! Lainieย

Can the SumIF check against multiple values instead of one?
I need to sum up a column if the value of another column is equal to EITHER X or Y.
