What network ports are used for uploading file attachments in Smartsheet

Access Control - option to share to anyone with link is not available
When I click 'Publish,' the option to share with anyone is greyed out. I'm the owner of the smartsheet and need to make it viewable (in read-only) to anyone with the link. How can I do this? Also, Full HTML is the only option I'm given - the other two are greyed out. Thanks in advance.

Date Driven row roll off
We keep a list of Completed tasks. Based on the date in the Work_Ended column, I would like to autmomatically move rows > 90 days old onto another sheet, which we'll call Completed Archive. Is there any way to automate this process? Thank you!

In the Card View, is it possible to remove the summary task from the Uncategorised swimlane?
Hi, I am just starting to work with Card View. One thing i observed is that the "Uncategorised" Swimlane has the tasks as well as the Summary Task. Is it possible to "hide" the Summary task from the uncategorised virew? It also becomes difficult to differentiate between a summary task and a task. thanks Robert.
