We keep a list of Completed tasks. Based on the date in the Work_Ended column, I would like to autmomatically move rows > 90 days old onto another sheet, which we'll call Completed Archive.
Is there any way to automate this process?

I don't think it is possible to move rows from sheet to sheet automatically.
Though, you could use conditionnal formatting to color a row when it is 90 days old to help you locate old rows. This way, you can move them yourself without having to look carefully around the sheet.
If you don't want to remove them from your task list but only want to have a place where you see old data, I suggest building a report.

As Stephanie mentions, it is possible and quite easy to set up in Zapier.
