Rollup Reporting - Escrow System
I've created a set of templates which are essentially extended to-do lists for tracking real estate escrows. Each new escrow gets a fresh sheet inserted into the <active escrow> work group. The user is responsible for adding the new sheet to the master report. Beyond that, I can't ask uses to create links or otherβ¦
Copy links
I use link between sheets a lot. Sometime I have to link to the same cell a lot of times - but it is not possible to just copy another cell with a link. Could this be a possibility? It would make my work much easier, since it takes time to make the link to another cell in another sheet. Thanks.
Linking blank cell
Hi, I am not being able to link a blank cell to another sheet. My goal is to make data of few columns of other two sheets identical to the data of master sheet, where my team will fill the cell with data later [Currently it is blank] OR is there any way that i can link the column itself to another sheet ? BUG - Alerts not Alerting
Hello Smartsheet, 3 months ago I used smartsheet to manage issues found during testing, Last week I used the exact same smartsheet to manage a new round of testing. This time there have been no Alerts sent....... It is as if the "Changes" option has just been deleted out of the alert. Dont know how this can be done, Iβ¦

Searching multiple sheets
Is there a way to search multiple sheets when using a filter? Frequently we have multiple properties in the same subdivision and we are looking for a specific lot/block. The filters on our sheets work great we just have to do it multiple times to search all sheets. Just looking for a time saver. Thanks for the help!
How to Schedule Tasks Based on Resource Availability?
I'm looking for a feature or function that will automatically schedule a set of tasks based on the availability of the resources assigned to the task. I've got a list of tasks that are each assigned to a resource and estimated with a duration, but these tasks do not have start dates and end dates set (yet). Is there a wayβ¦
Incorporate two data sets in one if/sum statement.
I have one column where I want to sum the total amount of days of work, however, I want the sum column to be dynamic based on the %Complete column if the percentage is <100%. I want the Sum column to show a total value anytime the % Complete is less than 100%.
Auto-save no worky?
I've set the auto-save to 3 min. of inactiity. But i get this prompt to save. Am I minstanding how this feature work?
Using Calendar Days but, not including weekends or holidays for my end dates.
I believe that I may have asked this in the past but, in the legal profession we use calendar days for calculating dates but, do not want the completion dates for most tasks to fall on a weekend or holiday. Any solution to this? I came up with some fancy formulas to do this but, because Smartsheet uses its calculated dateβ¦
