Is it possible to copy old individualized forms to a new, blank smartsheet?

I used smartsheets last year to create feedback surveys for each employee. This year I want to use the same individual forms for all the employees, but would like for them to go to a fresh smartsheet so the feedback is separate from last years. Let me know if this is possible, thanks!

I can think of a couple of options on this:

If you want to not need to re-send form links, you can use the originals and set up automation to move the fresh submissions over (based on creation date) to a new copy of the Smartsheet for this year.

If you're having to send links out (as a reminder, possibly) if you save a copy of the original Smartsheet it will also copy the forms, but these will have new URLs and be distinct to the previous ones.

Alternatively, you could combine the 2 so if someone does happen to use the old form it will move over their submissions so they don't "get lost".
