I am using the WorkApps Ticketing System template and have customized it for my needs. I have run into an issue when every time I add a new ticket, the row that is created will delete. I have tried adding in the information in a variety of ways and no matter what, even after saving, I get a refresh notification and the row deletes.
I have created some basic workflows and none of them involve moving/deleting a row to another sheet.
Does this template have predefined ticket limits? I am only on row 21
