Workflow is not sending attachments?
I have a workflow that sends me an email with specific fields when something changes. I also have the "an attachment" option selected so it will send the attachments as well. However when it gets triggered it sends me all the fields I am asking for, but is not sending the attachments. What am I doing wrong, or is this feature broken?

To have the attachments included, you'll have to use Update Requests if the attachment does not trigger it.

Smartsheet has this in place to keep their email system from getting bogged down. Automation will only send the attachment in two cases:
1) When the act of a adding or changing the attachment is the trigger for the automation, and
2) When the automation is triggered by adding a new comment, and the file is attached to the comment.

@Andrée Starå if i do an update request, doesn't that send the email to tell the person to update something?

Yes, that's correct, so you would have to include some information that they don't need to do anything.
