New and Improved Sharing Reminder Emails now generally available!

We redesigned the Smartsheet email template for sharing reminder emails, or the emails sent to remind non-Smartsheet users to accept the invitation to join Smartsheet and view a Smartsheet asset 2 and 10 days after the asset is shared with them. The new and improved sharing reminder emails are more effective because they are easily scannable and provide more context about the sharing reminder. The new emails also include a sharer avatar and list out other collaborators shared to the item. This will encourage more non-Smartsheet users to view the shared asset and collaborate further with the sharer.

This is available to licensed users on all plan types. However, only non-Smartsheet users (new collaborators) will get the sharing reminder emails.

You can also stay informed by subscribing to receive product release updates for curated news of recently released product capabilities and enhancements for the platform of your choosing, delivered to your inbox. As new releases occur, you will receive a daily email with news of what's released. (Emails will only send daily, Monday-Friday, as new releases are available).
