Resource Management License

My entire business is on a Smartsheet Enterprise license, which includes some Add-ons (like Calendar, Pivot, DataMesh) but does not include access to Resource Management. The question I have is, can I buy a (separate) Resource Management License for my team (~5 people with full access and ~50 licenses for resources with limited access) only? If yes, will the integration work with our Smartsheets from the Enterprice license? What will be the cost per license? How do I best go about acquiring the Resource Management license?

If I'm not mistaken, the starter package has five full licenses and ten resource-level ones, but you can get the package configured as you need.
