How to integrate Smartsheet into Google Calendar? How to import Excel info into existing Smartsheet?

Our Construction Company is wanting to have a Smartsheet to keep track of data for our weekly schedules. How do I get our schedule to automatically appear in a Google Calendar? As of right now, nothing is even showing up in our Smartsheet Calendar, so I don't know if it is a problem with the wrong column being made primary or what. I just need the calendar to show the address of where they are to go on each specific day. Also, is there a way to import an Excel Spreadsheet into an existing Smartsheet? We want to be able to take our weekly Excel Spreadsheet and import it into the Smartsheet so that we can add to it each week so that it can be an accurate list of where we are going and all of that data. I am not sure if this is just user error or if I need to add something on to our Smartsheet Account so that all of this will be possible.

If you only need it for the address, you could set up an Automated alert that could push the address from Smartsheet to the user, most likely the "assigned to" person for that task on the night before the task is to begin. or whenever. Setting it up once in the Automation menu will have it work for the entire sheet; all users / all tasks, unless you want some filtered off.

For the Excel import, Data Shuttle is the perfect tool for that. It is a Premium App so check with the Smartsheet Admin at your company to see if its included in your package.

Have you connected Smartsheet with Google Calendar?

Can you share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

Regarding Excel import, you can either use the premium app, Data Shuttle, to automate it or create an import structure/solution to simplify the process.
