How to integrate Smartsheet into Google Calendar? How to import Excel info into existing Smartsheet?

Our Construction Company is wanting to have a Smartsheet to keep track of data for our weekly schedules. How do I get our schedule to automatically appear in a Google Calendar? As of right now, nothing is even showing up in our Smartsheet Calendar, so I don't know if it is a problem with the wrong column being made primary or what. I just need the calendar to show the address of where they are to go on each specific day. Also, is there a way to import an Excel Spreadsheet into an existing Smartsheet? We want to be able to take our weekly Excel Spreadsheet and import it into the Smartsheet so that we can add to it each week so that it can be an accurate list of where we are going and all of that data. I am not sure if this is just user error or if I need to add something on to our Smartsheet Account so that all of this will be possible.
