Automation Email Sends multiple rows and I only want 1 at a time.
I have an automation that says "if X happens send me an email" Does anyone know what the timing trigger is that determines if 2 rows are updated then it sends you both rows in 1 email?
We want to use this email to alert a team to do something and it looks GREAT when you get 1 row after the update. However it looks like trash when you get 2 or more rows in the update. What is happening is the team is updating multiple rows at one time and its sending them together. If they update 1 row and click Save then update the 2nd row and click save, will it send 2 different emails like I want? Or is it a time thing, meaning update 1 row, click save, wait 5 minutes then do the next?

It should work if you save between each change.
You should also be able to get it to spread them out into individual emails by using a {{Placeholder}} in the subject and/or body of the email.
