Currently you need to manually add a new "optional" template to each project one by one. This is incredibly time consuming. We need a global update option to add a new template sheet to all existing projects automatically.

Agree, this seems like a huge gap. If we can add a report to all currently provisioned projects, we should be able to add a sheet.
This is absolutely a huge gap. Exactly - we should be able to add any new sheet or new dashboard to any provisioned projects from a blue print. This is really problematic as it means you have to know all of your assets you want in a blueprint except for a report BEFORE you provision any projects which is next to impossible. please fix this!
Certainly a huge gap as others have commented and further an inconvenience as you seek to continually improve your processes and enhance your use of Smartsheet.
With Smartsheet being regularly updated with improvements, currently it takes a lot of time and effort to retrospectively apply changes to templates based on the improvements to all existing sheets and reports. This would save a lot of time if this was available.
Yes, absolutely. I would also love to be able to bulk replace any existing templates if they are updated for in-flight projects only. We recently had a template not in use and made significant changes to it - we would have loved to just bulk replace it!
Ditto on this request! Going one by one is really time consuming so an automated approach would be amazing!
This is an important gap / enhancement need but in addition to being able to provision new templates to existing projects, you will also need to have the ability to push cross-sheet references, otherwise many formulas will break. I see these 2 enhancements going hand in hand as the biggest gaps to be addressed in Control Center.

I am proposing bringing a bit of pizzazz to Smartsheet by having celebratory animations for certain criteria. Think Joyful Animations in Outlook!
