Bridge is a lot of trial and error, and because of that we don't always know what a workflow should be named when we start. It would be incredibly helpful if we were able to change the name of workflows and workspaces at any time in the development.

Agreed. One use-case I've run into is that I'd like to be able to create a proof of concept workflow that is clearly indicated as POC or TEST and then rename it once its ready to be in production.
Agreed! I would also use this to have a sort of template workflow created that I would copy and reuse portions of in new workflows.
100%. I just ran into this issue and was really surprised to find I couldn't rename my workflow. :(
I would like to add a few enhancement requests that I think would be very helpful in addition to the renaming feature.

There currently isn't an idea around exporting the diagram - I'm interested to hear other member opinions on this! When you have a moment, please create this as an entirely separate Idea so that users can vote on each suggestion.

I still have some actual workflow… with name "Test" in front of it 😅 but I can't rename and no time to re-create one.
This would be a wonderful update. As we have ramped up bridge building we need a more robust naming convention for workflows. Being able to go back and rename working flows with better structure would be amazing.

Shocked to discover that Workflow renaming isn't an existing feature. Thank you for posting two and a half years ago, @Samuel Mueller. Multiple users have offered follow-up comments and support for this request since the last Smartsheet admin update on 2024-03-27 (over a year and a half ago at time of writing). For any Smartsheet admin / product folks that might be reading this, is there any update here? It's deeply disappointing that something as simple as Rename is unavailable in a premium enterprise-level product.

I was rather confused by the lack of a renaming option, it seems like a pretty standard functionality.
The "browse" button was recently changed to go through a recent workspaces menu and requiring a second click on "browse all" before actually bringing up the browse menu sidebar.
