Need ability to identify the sheet that is linked to a form

Hi,

We have had several occasions when we had a form published on our intranet but could not identify what sheet is being fed with the data submitted. The form is still active but we have no access to the data without knowing what sheet is linked to it.

I would love to see this being prioritized as this seems to be part of Smartsheet's foundation.
