Mobile Contacts App tied to Smartsheet data

We recently had a request to find a mobile app that would funtion like other contacts apps (i.e. Google etc) but would be tied to a Smartsheet list. Ideally this could allow team members in the filed quickly access contact information at various sites and make updates on the fly. Our field teams would benefit from this, especially if a sheet was managed through Salesforce Connector to ensue one source of truth for contact.
