How can I create a 19page Smartsheet form?

I have a 19page form with 38 base questions that to trigger upto 152 additional questions per base question based on No/Yes logic. Smartsheet has a column limit of 200 columns, any ideas on how to string it together so that the survey continuation is triggers.
