Survey Form not synching into sheet

Hi there,

I am using the survey Template to collect feedback post-training sessions.

Somehow the data flow into the sheet differently than it should... Meaning the sheet is not populating with any data.

Please advise.

I hope you're well and safe!

Have you checked the Activity Log to see if the submission has been received? Also, check the bottom of the page, so it's not populating there.

Was that the issue?
