Is there a way to optimize drop down menus?
hello i am trying to have certain values only show when someone chooses one value.
here's an example:
Entity 1
Entity 2
Entity 3
Now based on those three entity there would be a seperate drop down menu with 10 items:
Item 1
item 2
item 3
item 4
Ext...
But if i choose entity 1 then only item 2 and 7 show but if i choose entity 2 then only 2, 4, 5, and 9 would show. I would want this to be used in the form as well so when someone fills the form out and they choose entity 2 in the drop down then in the next drop down they only have the option of item 2, 4, 5, and 9.
The reason for this is because I have multiple entity and I want an address attachted to them without having people fill it in manually but the only probalme with that is one entity name might have 10 different address attached the the entity name. so I want them to have the option to choose from only 10 addresses rather than 100. Is there a way to do this with automation, a formula, or even when I edit a form?

@Jeremy Oesch Unfortunately you can't do that with native Smartsheet forms. You'd have to use a 3rd party form solution to do that, or code your own form in a web app that can do that. I've done what you are talking about using Appsheet, but that may or may not be a suitable tool for your organization. There are lots of other 3rd party forms out there that will send data to Smartsheet after submission though.
