Dashboard linking two separate sheets to create stacked column

Can link two sheets in a single dashboard to create two side by side stacked columns from two different sheets?

The way I would do this in Smartsheet is by having a Metric sheet set up with the configuration like so:
You could use cross-sheet formulas or cell links to get the numbers from your Q1 and Q2 sheets. (For example, a SUMIFS function).
Then you can configured a stacked bar chart like so:
However this doesn't group your items together in the same way. You may want to create multiple charts next to each other instead of one chart:
