Square Radio Buttons?

Hi All!
Quick question - I am working on a form with a lot of yes or no questions, and I decided to display them as horizontal radio buttons. They are all circles except for one question, which shows the radio buttons as squares. I don't know why they look this way. Has anyone had this issue and/or know how to fix it?

The square buttons indicate that's a drop-down type column with multi-select available. Circle buttons are single-select only.
