Rows being inputted randomly?

HI, I have a smartsheet form that connects to an intake tracker. However, when the form is submitted it moves the form data to random rows and now row 1. Does anyone know why smartsheet does this or what the solution might be? I need this solved quickly because I am creating this intake process to be handed off to another team who have little to none smartsheet experience.

Strange! Have you checked the Activity Log for clues?

Can you share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

@Andrée Starå It is inputting info in like to row 90 before it was row 81

Try deleting the empty rows between them and see if that solves it.
