Not working - Send me a copy of my responses

Hello,

I have a user who submits multiple Smartsheet forms and selects "Send me a copy of my responses," and everything works fine except for one. Is anyone aware of why this one entry will not submit when the box is checked to send a copy of responses to my email? There is no error message displayed. It simply does nothing. Thank you very much.

    Hi @Jen K.

    Is it possible that this one specific form has some values in it that would cause an email provider to block it or mark it as Spam?

    My first suggestion would be to check through the troubleshooting steps in this article: Issue: Email Not Received from Smartsheet

    I don't have a solution but i have some collogues that have experienced the same. We noticed that when there has been used one email address or contact in the form and another is used in the "send a copy of my response" field it somehow makes the form not willing to send.

    I haven't figured out why, but it doesn't work.. :(
