Date-Format Not Mail Merging Properly w/ Google Docs
Hello,
I am using SmartMerge, to create a Google Doc from a Smartsheet. It's working beautifully, except for the date format not transferring properly once the document is merged. On my SmartSheet, the date is formatted as follows: March 14, 2023, but when I merge the document, it shows up on Google as: 03/14/23.
If I type the date in my desired format as a text column, it transfers to the Google Doc the way I would like it to, but I can't do this every time, it completely takes away from the efficiency of utilizing mail merge and the volume of documents transferred is just too high to do this for. We have to have it in the desired format for filing with the county as projects are completed, otherwise, I wouldn't care this much.
Does anyone have a fix or a workaround they can think of to help with this? I'm starting to go crazy trying to fix it.
Thank you!

I hope you're well and safe!
You could split the date out and reformat it.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
