Sharing without showing who else it is shared with

Is there a way to share a sheet without showing who else the sheet is shared with?

I want to give access to a client to enter information on a sheet but I don't want the client to see who else the sheet is shared with.

Three options that I can think of at the moment would be:

• Publish the sheet as Edit by anyone
• Premium App, WorkApps
• Premium App, Dynamic View

Would any of those options work/help?

The only option for us would be publishing it, however I only want the client to be able to enter information in 2 columns (the yellow columns). I have the remainder of the columns locked. It appears when I publish the sheet the client is able to delete rows and change information in the non-yellow columns. I need the rows to stay in there and none of the current fields to be modified. The client is simply providing responses. Is there a way to limit their access to only provide information in these two columns when the sheet is published?
