Automation to fill in existing cells

I have created an automation to set the status on our tasks. My automation is based on "new row is added or changed", then meets certain critiera, then a cell value is changed to a certain status.

This works for rows I add after the fact, but has not updated my existing rows.

Is there a way for an automation to update any existing row that matches the criteria?

I hope you're well and safe!

You can either select the run now option, but beware that it runs for all rows and ignores the conditions, or you could add a so-called helper column with a checkbox, duplicate the Workflow, and change the trigger to the checkbox to trigger all rows that way.
