Datashuttle offload to unique file name or append to file

I see in the existing workflow for offloads that the "action" is replace, can we either have an option to create a new dated file with the date of the execution appended to the name or can we have options to choose to append new data to the export file rather than replace it entirely I would have thought its a relatively simple task to either append the date of execution onto the file name or give the option to append to the existing file?
