Would like to change the order of the right side chart legends for Stacked Column charts. This way the legend would match with the order of the Stacks in place of being opposite.
And we need to be able to change the position!! At the top, or left/right of the calendar so that viewers see it right away!
It would also be helpful if we could customize the Values and Names in the Horizontal and Vertical Axes. For instance, currently it would take up so much less of the chart space to be able to abbreviate numbers, such as $4M rather than $4,000,000 and 1.75K rather than 175,000.
I agree with all comments here.
It would also be excellent to have an optional space for simple text to give additional context (e.g. indicating scale like in $M or figures as of July 2025 and so on)
I would LOVE to have this ability! I currently don't use the legends for my charts on my dashboard because I can't change the title, but I can't change the title to what I want the legend to say in the original sheet because then it wouldn't make sense.
The situation:
I have sheets for each individual employee where I track their trainings while they are employed here. We have some trainings that we have to complete yearly and I created reports and a dashboard to reflect if those trainings have been completed and by whom for each year. The column title on each individual sheet is the year (i.e. '25, '26, '27, etc.), but if I use the legend on the charts for the dashboard, I want them to say Complete & Not Complete.
As one of the system admins, it is absurd to me that I cannot view or have access to all of the items created in my organization. We have over 11,000 reports, sheets, and dashboards and I can't see them. I have no visibility to if people are using our plan for their own personal use, or what kind of work is going on unless…
I noticed this the other day and tested Ctrl + M – it does not work. I submit ticket to Smartsheet support – they told me that’s expected behavior because it’s not currently available even though it still shows as keyboard shortcut in the menu🙄 and told me to submit new product idea. Please add this keyboard shortcut to…
Summary of Issue All team members work a standard 7.5‑hour day, but only a portion of that day is allocated for project work (e.g., 25%, 50%, etc.). In Resource Management, however, the system currently interprets allocations as a percentage of the full 7.5 hours, instead of the project‑eligible portion of a person’s day.…
