Automated notification not sending attachments

HI I have set up an automation to send notification when the "Send box is checked" - to send some field data with the attachments.

However, when the "send box" is checked, it is sending the notification with the field data but without the attachments.

This is the screenshot of my automation, what could have gone wrong?

I hope you're well and safe!

The attachment must trigger it to be included in an Alert. Otherwise, you'd have to use an Update Request instead, and then the attachment on the row would be included.
