I'm having an issue that when employees are showing up as booked on projects, they are not being calculated in the analytics report. This is sporadic and not consistent across all employees.

For example, I have an employee that is assigned to two projects, and they both show up on the schedule, however only one shows up on the Analytics Report. Other team mates have the same assignment, but it is only not showing up for this one team member on the reports.

Anyone else have these issues.

Hi @Troix,

I've been able to see that you've already opened a ticket with our Support team. I would refer to the ticket specifically as Support is better positioned to assist you troubleshooting this.
