Automation Notification - Only getting notifications on app?
Hi All,
I'm currently having an odd issue with a simple notification automation. Currently we have a notification that is sent to me when any row is changed.
Starting today, when items are updated, I get the notification via the app on my phone but do not get the notification in smartsheet (sidebar bell on web) nor do I get an email. However, if I manually trigger the automation for that row that changed, I get the notifications (email and bell). Any help?

Try going to your Personal Settings/Notifications to see if they need to be modified. You can access through the icon in the lower right navigation bar:

Nope, no modification made to the person settings/notifications. I have all options checked for email and mobile push notifications
