Who could I contact for Sales?
Hello,
I have been trying to get in contact with a sales person as the company I work with wants to move forward with more features. Unfortunately, I cannot simply sign up for the extra features needed to run our operations. I filled out the contact form on multiple occasions and received absolutely no response. I called the sales department and just got a "Sorry, there is no one available to receive your call". I call multiple times a day. I reached them once, got an appointment but I missed it as I did not realize the meeting was in Eastern time at 10 AM, making my Pacific time zone a 7 AM appointment. I emailed the Sales agent to apologize for the misses meeting and to ask if we could reschedule but received no response. I currently have a free trial but I would like to get the additional services before it runs out.
Smartsheet's prompt assistance will be greatly appreciated!

If, after connecting with Jonathan and/or Andree, you still need assistance please consider me your 3rd option. Myself and my coworkers are very knowledgable in all things Smartsheet and can advise you on everything from plan type and recommended license count to additional premium apps like Data Shuttle and Control Center. And...most of my clients are on the West Coast so I'm used to those hours already.
