Error - Approved Domain Sharing List

Hello,

I'm trying to share my sheet, but I receive an error that says:

I'm sharing to a person within my company so it should be secure.

    Hi Amy,

    We had some issues where team members had created their own personal Smartsheet accounts, and these were mixed up with their work accounts. It may be worth double-checking the email address of the contact you are trying to share the asset to.

    @Neil Watson has a good suggestion for sure. If that doesn't fix it then there are a couple settings in the Admin Center that should be checked. It's possible someone switched the "Safe Sharing List" feature on but then never approved your own domain. I didn't think it actually worked like that but it's worth a quick check.
