How to identify the reports and dashboards to which an external contact has access?

To those in the know,

I've been made aware a couple of dashboards and reports has been shared to an external contact over time. I'm trying to identify all the resources they have access too, so I can consolidate and streamline the reporting. Short of asking the external contact to do a screenshot of their personal smartsheet account, is there another way of auditing who has access to what, and the type of access they have?

We're using Enterprise and I have Admin status.

It certainly includes Dashboards and Reports, but not all of them (for some reason!?) even though the Reports and Dashboards are in the same Workspace as those in the Sheet Access Report.

It certainly includes Dashboards and Reports, but not all of them (for some reason!?) even though the Reports and Dashboards are in the same Workspace as those in the Sheet Access Report.
