Resource Management: Handling of Milestones

I usually assign a resource to a Milestone (task with 0 duration), but now in RM for Smartsheet, if I do so, the resource is considered as 100% booked.

Form my point of view, if I do that, that should not be the case as the duration is 0. Or am I wrong?

Hi @Gabi

If you don't want the milestone to impact a team members utilization, I'd recommend setting the Allocation % for the milestone to 0% 🙂
